• All items stated as preorder are not available in the country.
• All prices for items on preorder exclude shipping fee (ie. The stated price does not include the cost of shipping from country of origin to Ghana).
• Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) is 6-8 weeks for sea shipment & 5 – 14 days for Air shipment.
• Counting of ETA starts only after orders are officially closed on the page.
• Shipping fees (cost of transporting from country of origin to Ghana) are to be paid ONE WEEK after arrival of items.
• Exact shipping fees will be determined upon shipment but an estimate can be provided in advance
• Failure to settle shipping fees within the specified timeframe would incur penalties.
• Delivery or pick up should be arranged with management IMMEDIATELY after settling shipping fee.
• All items must be delivered or picked up within one month of arrival
• Failure to pick up or get items delivered within a month will incur warehouse charges
• Any delays in shipment will be communicated with notice and reason.
• All payments are non-refundable unless management fails to fulfill their obligations.
• 100% refund would be issued if management fails to fulfill their obligations.
• Management would not be liable for any form of transactions performed with a third party agent.
